Private classes:

• The Language Factory requires that any class cancellation be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled time in order for those hours to be credited to the client’s account. Due to the fact that The Language Factory is adapting session times to fit the client’s needs, the hourly rate will be charged if proper notice is not given.
• 24 hour notice must also be given when rescheduling classes. Both the client and the teacher must agree on the postponed time and date.
• Client agrees that the full scheduled hours must be taken. Classes that are ended early or started late due to students will be billed as scheduled.
• The Language Factory requires fifteen (15) days of advanced notice for extended absences or if discontinuing services.

Semi-private classes:

• Semi-private classes can be rescheduled with proper 24 hour notice as long as the new class date and time is agreed by all students participating.

Group classes:

• Group classes cannot be rescheduled. There is one make-up class allowed per 8-week course.
  

• The Language Factory will invoice in advance for classes. Payment delays of over 7 days from the date of invoicing may lead to class cancellations from The Language Factory until the outstanding payment is received in full and late fees of $25 per day may apply.

• Private classes:
  Refunds may only be issued after the student has completed at least half of their purchased program. Lessons taken will be charged at private class rate of $60, which may be greater than the rate applied for the program, for the remaining hours minus an early cancellation fee of $120.00. Hours that have been taken cannot be refunded. Registration fee is non-refundable.
• Semi-private and Group classes:
  There is no refund for semi-private or group classes unless The Language Factory is unable to create desired class, in which a refund will be made.
• Registration fee is non-refundable.
  

• Clients are in full knowledge that an acquired package of 8 hours expires 30 days from first class taken. A package of 16 hours expires 90 days from start date. Hours may not be scheduled or redeemed beyond this point.

• Children's group classes cannot be rescheduled or made-up. The Language Factory follows the Fort Bend ISD calendar, regular holidays and breaks will also be observed. Months with longer or shorter week amounts will be billed as a regular month.
